FP&A controller IT & Fixed costs

You will play a key role in providing support to IT & Fixed costs, working in close collaboration with IT and Group Controlling teams as well as to propose opportunities for improvement through financial data analysis and reporting
This role offers strong exposure to IT operations, Group finance stakeholders and strategic projects, in an international environment
Key responsibilities
In this position, you will:
- Support budgeting and forecasting of IT costs and identify cost savings opportunities
- Prepare monthly cost variance analysis, providing insights to support decision-making
- Support cost follow-up and ensure accuracy of cost booking
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with existing rules and deadlines
- Handle IT invoicing and support financial closing
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports
- Support other IT projects and initiatives
- Support internal and external audits
- Monitor and enforce Group and IT guidelines, policies & communication targeting rigorous cost control
Your profile
You are a finance professional who enjoys working at the crossroads of finance, IT and business performance.
You bring:
- A university degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in Controlling
- Experience in IT controlling is a strong asset
- Solid knowledge of SAP, HFM, BI tools and Excel
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and autonomous way
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
NB: This job could be located in Finland or also Turin Meptropolitan area
