About the role
We are looking for FP&A Analyst supports management in the financial planning process, performance analysis, and decision-making support. The role works closely with business functions, contributing to improved financial visibility and helping drive the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
- Support the monthly closing process and related group reporting
- Analyze variances between actuals, budget, and forecast, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and internal stakeholders
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs, proposing corrective actions
- Collaborate with different company functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR) to collect and validate data
- Support business review processes and ad-hoc analyses
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Audit
- Strong knowledge of accounting, P&L, and Balance Sheet
- Excellent proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI or reporting tools is a plus
- Experience with ERP and planning systems (knowledge of Business Central is a plus)
- Excellent command of the English language
