About the role

We are looking for FP&A Analyst supports management in the financial planning process, performance analysis, and decision-making support. The role works closely with business functions, contributing to improved financial visibility and helping drive the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
• Support the monthly closing process and related group reporting
• Analyze variances between actuals, budget, and forecast, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and internal stakeholders
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs, proposing corrective actions
• Collaborate with different company functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR) to collect and validate data
• Support business review processes and ad-hoc analyses
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Audit
• Strong knowledge of accounting, P&L, and Balance Sheet
• Excellent proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI or reporting tools is a plus
• Experience with ERP and planning systems (knowledge of Business Central is a plus)
• Excellent command of the English language
