About Linkable
Linkable is a London-based SaaS platform helping ecommerce brands turn creators into a measurable sales channel.
Brands launch campaigns, track clicks and revenue directly through Shopify, and pay creators based on real performance.
We are now expanding into Italy and appointing one Founding Sales Partner to lead local growth.
Role Summary
The Founding Sales Partner – Italy will lead Linkable’s expansion into the Italian ecommerce market.
This role is responsible for driving brand acquisition, building local distribution channels, and establishing Linkable as a performance-based creator platform within the Italian Shopify ecosystem.
Success in this role means generating consistent recurring revenue, building strong relationships with founders and agencies, and owning the Italian territory with clear revenue milestones.
This is a strategic, performance-based partnership reporting directly to the Founder & CEO.
What Success Looks Like
- Closing the first 5–10 Italian Shopify brands onto paid plans
- Building a repeatable outbound and referral motion
- Establishing partnerships with agencies and consultants
- Creating strong brand retention and expansion revenue
- Providing structured market feedback to support product and positioning
Success is measured by revenue growth, retention, and local ecosystem presence.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify relevant Shopify and DTC brands in Italy
- Develop and execute outbound outreach strategies
- Conduct product demos tailored to brand needs
- Manage the full sales cycle from introduction to close
- Close brands onto standard paid plans
- Build relationships with founders, marketing leads, agencies, and consultants
- Develop local distribution channels
- Maintain ongoing client relationships to drive retention and upsell
- Provide market insights and competitive feedback
Qualifications
- Proven experience selling SaaS or performance-based marketing solutions
- Strong network within the Italian ecommerce ecosystem
- Understanding of influencer, affiliate, or performance marketing models
- Ability to independently manage a full sales cycle
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and long-term partnership orientation
Preferred
- Experience working with Shopify brands
- Background in ecommerce growth or digital marketing
- Existing relationships with agencies or ecommerce communities
Compensation
- High commission on every brand closed
- Long-term upside aligned with performance
This is a performance-based partnership, not a salaried role.
Exclusivity for the Italian market will be granted based on performance and revenue milestones.
