The Role
We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to accelerate Pillar’s next phase of growth. You’ll be responsible for driving operational excellence across Sales and Customer Success Operations , ensuring our go-to-market engine scales with clarity and precision.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to align processes, implement systems, and build a single source of truth for GTM leadership. You’ll be directly shaping the workflows, reporting, and infrastructure that fuel our growth.
What You Will Be Doing
- Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) → Seamless Revenue Execution
- Lead the implementation of our Q2C workflows and streamline processes, ensuring smooth handoffs across Sales, CS, Product, and Finance to reduce friction and accelerate deal flow.
- Customer Success Operations → Clarity & Alignment
- Own CS Ops processes, including NRR reporting, customer health metrics, and renewals, giving GTM leadership a single source of truth to drive strategy and resourcing decisions.
- Sales Dashboards & Insights → Actionable GTM Visibility
- Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, strategic accounts, and expansions, empowering GTM leaders to make faster, data-driven decisions.
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
- Skilled in operational workflows and comfortable coordinating across Sales, CS, Finance, and Product
- Hands-on operator with experience in HubSpot and related tooling (e.g., n8n, BI platforms, Stripe)
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of building dashboards and reporting that leadership can rely on
- Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment
- Nice to have: experience standing up a PLG motion and direct systems implementation expertise (“hands on keys”)
