• Be the first Account Executive at Bonx for the Italian market.
• Sales role, not Account Management: you sell, you love it.
• Own the full Italian cycle — outreach to close, inbound and outbound.
• Make the GTM playbook yours — execute it, sharpen it, own it.
• Lead 4 SDRs. Keep the pipeline moving.
• Sell to industrial SMEs and Mid-Market manufacturers, straight to Ops Directors and Plant Managers.
• Build the Italian ecosystem — events, partnerships, associations.

• +3 years in Sales, SaaS, B2B, value selling.
