The Role

You are not an employee but a founding team partner. You will own everything related to growth and go-to-market - end to end, no hand-holding. This is not a \"head of\" role where you inherit a team and a playbook. You will build the machine.


What you'll own: In a nutshell, you are the owner of Revenue and New User growth. You are in charge of Whatever it Takes to bring this growth – with a strong bias for action and getting results.

  • Build and scale every viable growth lever. Digital acquisition, referrals, partnerships, offline channels, and any channel that can sustainably grow users and revenue.
  • Own conversion, not just acquisition. Funnels, CRM, automations, accounts / sales scripts, promotions and pricing tests, paid acquisition (Meta, Google), SEO, conversion, retention loops.
  • Decide when to push and when to stop. Test aggressively, kill what doesn’t work, double down on what does, and protect marginality. Define product development priorities to push acquisition.
  • Beyond digital marketing - Create and scale the medical referral engine. Create a mechanism of referral via doctors, GPs and territorial partners that refer patients to Holifya.
  • Unit economics and revenue systems: CAC/LTV optimization, pricing, scalable revenue plays


WHAT WE LOOK FOR


Non-negotiables:

  • Milan-based , in person at least 3 days/week
  • 5-15 years of experience (less than 5 only if truly exceptional)
  • Founder / ex-founder mindset - or a growth leader who left because the bar was too low
  • Ownership of growth & revenue end-to-end: strategy → execution → results
  • Strong go-to-market systems thinking: funnels, pricing, CAC/LTV, retention, scaling loops
  • Digital marketing expertise
  • High proficiency in both English and Italian
  • Excellence “badges” (e.g., sports milestones, ventures and projects, excellent studies, ...)
  • Go-to-market expertise beyond digital channels (e.g., we will be building a network of MDs)
  • Ambition level is high: dreams of building something that scales beyond Italy


Strong plus / nice to have (not mandatory):

  • Experience in digital health, telemedicine, health insurance, MD SaaS or regulated markets
  • High-intensity background: ex-Founder or Startup / Scaleup Leadership in early stage, ex-MBB / IB, Bending Spoons, Amazon, PE operational roles
  • Early-stage startup or scale-up experience: 0→1 or 1→10 growth builds
  • Leadership without ego - confident, not arrogant and feedback-seeking 


What We Offer

  • €50-60k base salary + €5-10k variable comp – we have limited resources now but you will be in

A Message to You from the Founder

I'm not looking for someone to fill a role. I'm looking for a partner who will be my peer in the ups and lows and who owns revenue with the same internal bar I have. Read further if you don’t want to be an employee but an entrepreneur.


This person is obsessive about outcomes, intellectually sharp, and physically uncomfortable with anything below the bar of excellence (by excellence we absolutely do not mean perfection!). They've either founded or led growth in an intese-growth environment, ideally a healthcare startup, understand how to turn strategy into scalable revenue systems. They have significant knowledge in go-to-market in the 0-1 phase and in the 1-10 phase. They are humble, yet overachievers.
