Forte builds AI tools that automate workflows for the entertainment industry. We're based in Turin (I3P, Politecnico di Torino's incubator) and work hybrid. We hire fast: max one month from application to offer, two interviews max.
Flutter, Swift, Python, Next.js. macOS-native automation, accessibility APIs, on-device AI. We'll walk you through the rest in person.
About the role
This is not a standard engineering hire. We're looking for a fourth member of the founding team.
You'll work directly alongside the three co-founders and own technical decisions at the company level. You'll have real equity, a real voice, and real accountability. If joining a founding team at seed stage excites you more than a comfortable senior role somewhere larger, keep reading.
What we're looking for
- Technical depth with business instinct. You can write great code and you understand why it matters commercially. You've shipped products, not just features. Bonus if you've worked in or around a startup before.
- Breadth over narrow specialization. You're comfortable moving across stack layers and picking up new ones fast. Nothing should intimidate you.
- Founder mindset. You take ownership, move fast, and operate without hand-holding. You think in outcomes, not tickets.
Compensation
€35–50k RAL depending on experience + significant equity package.
