The Role
You will be the first Senior Account Executive for the Italian market.
Sales role, not Account Management: you sell, you love it.
Own the full Italian cycle — outreach to close, inbound and outbound.
Make the GTM playbook yours — execute it, sharpen it, own it.
Lead 4 SDRs. Keep the pipeline moving.
Sell to industrial SMEs and Mid-Market manufacturers, straight to Ops Directors and Plant Managers.
Build the Italian ecosystem — events, partnerships, associations.

You
Native Italian, professional English.
+3-5 years as an Account Executive (+5 years in Sales), SaaS, B2B, value selling.
Driven and ambitious!
High‑velocity profile bringing momentum, confidence, and grit to the team.
Strong desire to experience the raw intensity of an early‑stage startup.
Account Manager, over‑experienced (>8 years) — not a fit.
