The Role

You will be the first Senior Account Executive for the Italian market.

  • Sales role, not Account Management: you sell, you love it.

  • Own the full Italian cycle — outreach to close, inbound and outbound.

  • Make the GTM playbook yours — execute it, sharpen it, own it.

  • Lead 4 SDRs. Keep the pipeline moving.

  • Sell to industrial SMEs and Mid-Market manufacturers, straight to Ops Directors and Plant Managers.

  • Build the Italian ecosystem — events, partnerships, associations.

  • High ownership. High impact. High growth.

You

  • Native Italian, professional English.

  • +3-5 years as an Account Executive (+5 years in Sales), SaaS, B2B, value selling.

  • Driven and ambitious!

  • High‑velocity profile bringing momentum, confidence, and grit to the team.

  • Strong desire to experience the raw intensity of an early‑stage startup.

  • Account Manager, over‑experienced (>8 years) — not a fit.
