Forward Deployed Engineer Specialist

As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you embed with client teams to operationalize AI platforms in real enterprise settings. You own time-to-value, reliability, adoption, and scalability, bridging pilots to scalable capabilities. Expect to work across identity, data, security, and workflow integration to deliver measurable business impact. You will shape use-case roadmaps and create reusable patterns that clients own after you leave. This role offers direct exposure to the hardest enterprise AI challenges and a path to scale the FDE practice. Embed with client engineering and business teams to deploy and scale AI platforms in enterprise environments Own production outcomes end-to-end with business metrics, not just milestones Move from ambiguous problem to production-ready system via rapid prototyping Design and govern AI architectures across identity, data, security, governance, platform, and workflows Translate architectural work into business impact for CTO/CFO/CISO; shape ROI and adoption strategy Build reusable patterns, playbooks, and accelerators owned by the client after deployment Lead design workshops, proofs of concept, architecture walkthroughs, and code-with sessions Codify patterns and learnings to scale across engagements and grow the FDE practice Demonstrable engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless) Deep expertise in agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows) in production Experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and multi-provider pipelines Extensive experience deploying to production, CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, debugging End-to-end delivery ownership in a client-embedded environment Ability to articulate business value in financial terms Experience presenting to senior client stakeholders (CTO, CFO, CISO) Non-linear profiles welcomed; emphasis on deployment outcome ownership As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you embed with client teams to operationalize AI platforms in real enterprise settings.
