Food & Beverage Team Members (Hotel Opening – Taormina)

As part of the upcoming opening of a Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Taormina, Sicily, we are seeking talented professionals to join our Food & Beverage team , including positions such as Waiters/Waitresses, Bartenders, Chefs and Kitchen Assistants . We are looking for individuals with strong service orientation, operational skills and a passion for hospitality, ready to deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with Hilton’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily operations related to the assigned role within the restaurant, bar or kitchen.
• Deliver a high-quality and personalized service to ensure an excellent guest experience.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service flow during all service periods.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and presentation standards in all working areas.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards.
• Follow company procedures and brand standards at all times.
• Support the Food & Beverage management team in achieving operational and guest satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in similar roles within high-end hotels or restaurants is highly valued.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Hospitality or restaurant management training is highly valued.
• Fluent English required; Italian and other languages are a plus.
