Borgo's on-site restaurant, Il Ciuchino, serves Tuscan classics with an international twist. Housed in a glass pergola amidst the olive and cypress trees, the setting and ethos is elegant yet approachable, with the goal of putting out amazing, creative food with engaging, friendly service. The restaurant hosts monthly Winemaker's Dinners and other special events. At the heart of the hotel is the beloved Flying Monk Cocktail Bar, a destination in itself, known as one of the best cocktail bars between Florence and Rome.

Role Description

We are currently hiring for multiple full-time Food & Beverage positions for the 2026 operational season (March–December).

Available Positions:

·      Head Sommelier / Wine Steward

·      Bartender

·      Server (breakfast and dinner)

·      Sous Chef / Chef de Partie

What We’re Looking For

·      Previous experience in hospitality, fine dining, or luxury service (varies by role).

·      Strong communication skills; English required, Italian highly valued.

·      A genuine passion for food, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences.

·      A collaborative, positive, and professional approach to teamwork.

·      Personality is just as important as experience—we seek individuals who embody our ethos of warm, thoughtful hospitality.
