Food & Beverage Manager – Florence, Italy

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious manager who wants to step up and grow within an amazing hotel chain with great people and good vibes!!

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day Food & Beverage operations in close collaboration with the Hotel Manager and the wider Operations team. You will have an educational background in hospitality and speak fluent Italian. Ideally you are allready based in Florence or willing to return (relocate).

• You will lead multiple outlets, including the restaurant, bar and the hotel’s distinctive rooftop venue, ensuring a consistent and high-quality guest experience across all areas.
• As Food & Beverage Manager, you are a visible and approachable presence for both guests and team members. You foster an environment where service excellence, hospitality and teamwork are at the forefront, contributing to a culture that reflects the hotel’s identity and values.
• You ensure a safe, clean and inclusive workplace while monitoring the operational and financial performance of the F&B department.
• With your leadership, you enhance processes, guide and develop teams, and safeguard a seamless and elevated brand experience throughout the hotel.
