Location: Pienza, Val d’Orcia, Tuscany, Italy
Contract: Full-time, Onsite
Languages: Italian, English preferred
Start Date: April onwards (6 months with potential extension)

We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our team for the 2026 season.
Please note: applicants must already have the legal right to work in Italy.
THE ROLE
As Waiter/Waitress, you will:
- Deliver attentive, polished, and personalised service
- Guide guests through the menu with confidence and clarity
- Maintain a deep understanding of dishes, ingredients, and daily changes
- Ensure tables are set and maintained to high standards
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar team during service
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with professionalism
- Contribute to a calm and well-organised service flow
IDEAL PROFILE
- Strong communication skills
- Conversational Italian and English
- Warm, professional, and well-presented
- Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus
- Legal right to work in Italy (mandatory)
