The R&D office in Milan is looking for an engineer whose main role will be to cooperate on vehicle dynamics, as a member of the team. What We Are Looking For We are seeking a highly motivated engineer with strong academic background in aeronautics, aerospace, vehicle dynamics, and a genuine passion for advancing motorcycle performance through fluid and vehicle dynamics. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an early-career engineer who is curious, proactive, and driven by engineering excellence. Education • MSc in Aeronautics, Aerospace Engineering. Technical Skills • Solid theoretical understanding of fluid mechanics, aerodynamics, and vehicle dynamics fundamentals. • Ability to interpret simulation and experimental data using analytical methods. • Familiarity with CFD principles. • Experience with MATLAB, while Python and simulation software a plus. • Knowledge of multibody dynamics, control theory fundamentals, or structural mechanics is an advantage. Soft Skills • Strong enthusiasm for learning and expanding technical skillsets. • Problem-solving mindset when addressing complex technical problems. • Proactive, curious, and willing to dive deep into physical mechanisms. • Collaborative team player. This role is responsible for developing, validating, and correlating computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations with empirical data, from indoor, and outdoor testing. The position involves building and refining numerical aero models, analysing test data, and supporting vehicle and sensor setup for testing activities. The engineer contributes to vehicle dynamics simulations and works closely with cross‑functional teams in fluid dynamics and vehicle dynamics.
