Fleet Planner - Milan

Purpose of job: Consistently high availability of locomotive fleet under consideration of all preventive and corrective maintenance measures and maintenance costs

Safety-relevant tasks in terms of ECM regulations: ☒ yes ☐ no

• Monitoring and Coordination of all maintenance measures
• Ensuring a safe condition of the entrusted locomotives
• Verification of Release to Service documents received from workshops or mobile technician
• Re-authorizing operating permission after maintenance activities through issuing of return to operation protocol

Main Duties :

• Monitoring and coordination of all maintenance measures excluding MO & WE
• Ensuring an optimal technical condition of the entrusted locomotives
• Ensuring of high fleet availability under consideration of maintenance costs
• Verification of Release to Service and maintenance documents/checklists received from the ECM IV function including rejection and obtaining adjustments (correction) in case of deviations
• Manage the complete order processing including invoicing and allocating
• Review and Processing of Maintenance Documentation including actualization of maintenance records
• Recharges Handling
• Coordinating Handover and Return of Locomotives

Essential Qualifications/Education:

• Technical education or comparable experience in maintenance and repair of locomotives

Relevant experience:

• Knowledge in maintenance planning and monitoring
• Proven technical knowledge of locomotives /rolling stock
• Confident in using MS Office Applications ( Excel, Word and Outlook)

Aptitude, skills and abilities

• High communication skills, experience in customer service
• Business English : spoken and written (Level B2)
• High level of commitment, organization talent, ability to handle stress and ability for teamwork
