Fleet Operations Specialist fluent in French and English

Our client is a major player in the mobility services sector.

In a structured and international environment, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in the Fleet Operations and Supply Chain Departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing supply chain flows, from procurement to asset allocation
• Managing vehicle orders
• Checking documents related to delivery procedures
• Reviewing and approving tax documents for payments to vendors
• Administrative and Contract Management
• Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of vehicle delivery, maintenance, and return logistics.
• Manage insurance processes related to the fleet (claims, policy management, renewals, documentation).
• Collaborate with suppliers, dealerships, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective operations.
• Analyzing and monitoring internal KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Fluent in English and French
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Passion for the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and highly organized with excellent planning skills
• Ability to work effectively in an international, cross-cultural environment while being based in Italy.

This position is based in Rome.
