Why This Role Matters


As a Fleet Front Office Agent in Italy, you are the first point of contact for our fleet customers and service providers. By ensuring smooth operations, timely support, and high partner satisfaction, you help maintain Goodyear’s reputation for excellence while enabling the Commercial Sales, Fleet, and Service teams to deliver outstanding results.


What You’ll Do


  • Provide operational and administrative support to fleet customers and service providers, ensuring total partner satisfaction.
  • Manage the Helpdesk process, including prioritizing queries, handling disputes, and ensuring timely back-office support.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Sales, Truck Fleet teams, and Fleet Service technicians to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Assist in customer calls, visits, and contract-related inquiries, offering guidance on existing and new agreements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and system records using SAP and MS Office tools.
  • Support cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the Fleet Front Office.


What You’ll Bring


  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in sales call centers, customer service, or tire/transportation business is an asset.
  • Commercial attitude with strong business acumen for interacting with sales, customers, and service providers.
  • Proficiency in SAP applications and Microsoft Office (Access knowledge is a plus).
  • Interest in tire technology and the transportation industry.
  • Team player with flexibility to adapt to changing environments and occasional customer visits.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of Spanish is highly valued.
