Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Fleet Manager to oversee and grow our fleet operations under the new strategic partnership with Geely. This role involves managing business fleet sales, optimizing fleet solutions, and ensuring exceptional service to corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective fleet management strategies aligned with Jameel Motors Italy’s and Geely’s business goals.
- Manage business-to-business fleet sales, building strong relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.
- Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and aftersales teams to deliver tailored fleet solutions.
- Monitor and analyse fleet market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of fleet vehicles, from acquisition to remarketing or disposal, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Manage contracts, pricing negotiations, and compliance with fleet regulations and policies.
- Provide regular reporting on fleet performance, sales metrics, and customer satisfaction to senior management.
- Lead and support a team focused on delivering excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong experience in fleet management, business sales, or a related automotive sector role.
- Proven ability to manage large corporate accounts and deliver tailored fleet solutions.
- Strong understanding of fleet financing, vehicle lifecycle management, and relevant regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, fluent in Italian and English.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM and fleet management software.
- Ability to lead a team, manage multiple projects, and work effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to travel within Italy and internationally as required.
