Overview

We are seeking a Mid - Senior Financial Regulation lawyer for a top law firm. Milan based.

Responsibilities

• Provide experience in Financial Services Law including fintech, digital assets, AML, payment services, investment services, investment funds, banking regulation and insurance.
• Assist regulated entities on MiFID II, MiFIR, AIFMD, UCITS requirements and regulatory assistance to AIFMs, etc.

Qualifications

• 4+ years bar admission (or equivalent).
