About the Role

EssilorLuxottica is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses.

We are looking for a Finishing Production Engineer who will support and optimize the production processes in the Finishing Department.

This role offers the opportunity to analyze key metrics, improve production efficiency, and develop managerial skills while working with our assembly line.

Main Responsibilities

• Support monitoring and analyzing efficiency and OEE KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in production scheduling, detect deviations, and propose corrective actions to ensure process reliability.
• Contribute to monitoring quality KPIs and collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with standards.
• Learn and apply principles of delegation and teamwork within the production environment.
• Support supervision of product quality checks within the assigned production area.
• Gain understanding of work cycles and production methods.
• Support activities related to workplace safety and participate in risk assessment initiatives.

Main Requirements

• Master’s degree in Management Engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Good relationship skills.
• Experience with basic Windows tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of data visualization techniques and statistical concepts is a plus.
