The Role in Summary


We are seeking a dynamic Finished-Goods Outsourcing Manager to manage and support outsourced manufacturing activities. You will ensure suppliers meet Montura’s high quality standards and production timelines, handling orders, logistics, and performance monitoring. In close collaboration with R&D, and Production teams, you will help resolve technical issues and drive continuous process improvements. The role involves frequent travel and requires strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-moving environment.


Main Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and monitor activities of external suppliers, ensuring production schedules and technical specifications are met;
  • Manage communication and relationships with national and international existing suppliers and scouting new sources;
  • Ensure high quality standards on outsourced production;
  • Costs negotiation;
  • Maintain production progress reports and supplier KPIs;
  • Support R&D and production teams in resolving technical or process-related issues;
  • Identify opportunities to improve outsourcing processes and optimize costs.


Key Requirements


  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Materials Science or equivalent culture/experience;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in production coordination or supply chain management, preferably in the outdoor, textile, or sporting goods;
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and supplier management;
  • Willing to travel 25% of the time;
  • Analytical skills, planning abilities, and ability to manage priorities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
