Responsibilities
- Design and optimize training material within the Handling & Logistic process.
- Analyze the AS IS and future state of our training material and systems.
- Create process roadmap and plans for future states.
- Define training material requirements and specifications if material is to be developed or sourced.
- Standardize generic layup training materials.
- Help build a culture of excellence, innovation, and responsibility.
- Investigate and solve training issues using structured methods such as the 5x Whys and Fishbone diagrams.
- Apply continuous improvement principles using Lean tools to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and ensure final training material quality.
Education
- Bachelor of Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent level.
- Train the Trainer or other relevant training education.
Experience
- 6‑8 years of developing training material mainly for unskilled workers.
- Experience training shop‑floor employees.
- Planning training for up to 100 persons.
- Developed/defined functional training material for employees with varied education lengths.
Essential Skills
- Ability to assess skill gaps and define learning objectives aligned with business goals.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, blended learning, and experiential training formats.
- Experience working with engineering managers and subject matter experts to co‑develop functional training material.
- Ensuring training aligns with ISO standards, safety regulations, and internal policies.
- Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and e‑learning tools.
- Gathering input from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs.
- Willingness to spend time in the factory environment to understand and solve problems.
- Data‑driven decision making using tools such as 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams.
- Self‑motivated, result‑oriented, and possesses great organizational discipline.
- Excited to work with others in a large organization and build an intensive network across cultures and time zones.
- Integral part of cross‑functional product development projects.
- Customer‑oriented and able to understand the complete business value chain from a customer perspective.
