Responsibilities

• Design and optimize training material within the Handling & Logistics process
• Analyze AS IS and future state of training material and systems
• Create process roadmap and plans for future states
• Define training material requirements and specifications if material shall be developed by others
• Standardization of generic layup training materials
• Be part of building a culture of excellence, innovation, and responsibility
• Investigate and solve training issues using structured methods such as the 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams
• Apply continuous improvement principles using Lean tools to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and ensure final training material quality

Education

• Bachelor of manufacturing engineering or equivalent level
• Train the Trainer or other training education

Experience

• 6-8 years of developing training material mainly for unskilled workers
• Training of shop floor employees
• Planning of training — for up to 100 persons
• Developed/defined functional training material for employees with a short or long education

Essential skills

• Ability to assess skill gaps and define learning objectives aligned with business goals
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, blended learning, and experiential training formats
• Working with engineering managers and subject matter experts to co-develop content for functional training material
• Ensuring training aligns with ISO standards, safety regulations, and internal policies
• Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and e-learning tools
• Gathering input from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs
• Willingness to spend time in the factory environment as required to understand and solve problems
• Data-driven decision making, use of tools like 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams
• Self-motivated, result-oriented with strong organizational discipline
• Ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Part of cross-functional product development projects
• Customer-oriented with understanding of the complete business value chain from a customer perspective
