This well-known global law firm has an extensive network of offices across the world.

You will work directly with the partner heading the Financial Services / Regulatory practice of the firm. You can be sure that you will be involved in high-profile, challenging, and multi-jurisdictional work.

The firm is growing rapidly and is eager to hire a junior associate with experience from a law firm (international or Italian) or an in-house background (such as a bank or regulatory body like CONSOB).

You will be part of a collaborative, meritocratic team and will enjoy a high level of responsibility and autonomy. Your work will involve regulation in areas such as corporate finance, fund arrangements, as well as the supervision and regulation of banks. You will advise banks, insurers, brokers, SGRs, and SIMs within the financial services industry on both domestic and cross-border financial market issues.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the financial services, regulatory, or insurance sectors, a strong academic background, commercial acumen, and a practical, constructive approach.
