Within the Finance department, a direct reporting from the IFRS & Solvency Reporting Manager for Italy, we’re looking for a Financial Reporting Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the quarterly preparation of the IFRS reporting package for the three Italian entities (one insurance company and two service companies) belonging to Europ Assistance Italia.
- Ensuring correct application of IFRS principles.
- Collaborating in the preparation of forecasts, budget and industrial plan financial projections.
- Supporting the preparation of management reporting deliverables for the Board of Directors and internal committees.
- Working closely with the local Planning & Controlling team.
- Assisting in the preparation of quarterly and annual Solvency II QRTs, with a particular focus on MVBS and Own Funds.
- Supporting the drafting of Solvency II narrative reports (SFCR, RSR, ORSA).
- Interacting regularly with Group Accounting, Group Controlling and Group Solvency II teams within Europ Assistance Holding.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- A first experience (even internship or 1–2 years) in Accounting, Audit, Financial Reporting or Insurance Finance is considered a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Solvency II framework.
- Familiarity with SAP and/or Tagetik is an advantage.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
