A protagonist in the main global strategic programs, it is a technological and industrial partner of Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions and companies.Within the Financing & Treasury area, we are looking for a **Financial Planning Specialist & Credit Manager** for our **Cascina Costa** (VA) office.The person will be responsible for the following activities:* Guarantee the collection and analysis of short/medium-term financial planning data, monitoring the underlying management phenomena in order to optimize the financial management of cash flows and prepare the related reporting;
* Oversee the process of forecasting and reporting Free Operating Cash Flow (FOCF), Financial Charges and Revenues and Net Financial Position of the Corporate and manage the related management reporting in the various planning scenarios;
* Oversee the process of forecasting and reporting the Group's Financial Charges and Revenues, preparing the related management reporting;
* Oversee the trend offinancial flows and Group indebtedness in order to ensure effective financial management and the achievement of quarterly and annual cash flow targets;
* Direct credit management activities in order to minimize direct collection times from public and private clients, each according to their specificities, standardizing procedures and operating practices also in order to minimize the use of non-recourse credit assignment operations and the impact of associated costs;
**Educational qualification:**Master's Degree in economics/statistics**Seniority:**Junior, 1-3 years of experience.**Technical knowledge and skills:*** Ability to collect and analyze short/medium-term financial planning data;
**Behavioral skills:*** Ability to work in a team;
* Negotiation skills;
* Planning and problem-solving skills;
* Operational autonomy;
