The FP&A Analyst reports to the MT FP&A Manager and supports the FP&A Manager and Value Center CFO. The role involves providing financial, strategic, and analytical support to the Finance and Business Unit teams, helping strengthen analytics and insights on performance drivers.

Responsabilità essenziali

• Support the preparation of MT’s financial reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) with accuracy and quality.
• Assist with data entry and validation in the consolidation system.
• Help analyze financial results, identify key variances and contribute to performance reviews.
• Contribute to the preparation of materials for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Support planning activities including budget, strategic, operating, and productivity plans.
• Provide strategic insights to support decision‑making.
• Drive improvements in reporting efficiency and automation.
• Communicate effectively with Finance or Operation teams of Business Units to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and other sensitive information.

Requisiti di posizione

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role within a Corporate Finance environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: strong work ethic, integrity, rigorous attention to detail, organization, and reliability.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Solid data analytics skills and proficiency in IT tools, including Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, OneStream, Power BI, and big‑data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
