Key Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management within international companies

Proven skills in budgeting financial reporting and analysis

Deep understanding of Italian financial regulations and compliance

Digital-first mindset with experience in financial technology adoption

Strong analytical abilities and business insight generation

Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)

Degree in Finance Accounting or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations at the Italian headquarters

Ensure compliance with local financial laws and tax obligations

Maintain precise accounting records and documentation

Prepare consolidated financial statements across regions

Deliver executive-level financial reports on a monthly basis

Perform variance analysis and highlight financial trends

Offer financial insights to senior leadership for strategic decisions

Identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency gains

Introduce digital tools to improve financial workflows

Develop automated solutions for financial reporting

Continuously enhance financial processes and controls

Key Goals

Achieve full compliance with all financial regulations

Deliver timely and accurate consolidated financial reports

Introduce at least two digital process improvements annually

Ensure accuracy in all financial data and reporting
