Posizione The candidate will join the Financial Legal Advice & International Projects Team within the Corporate Affairs & Financial Legal Advice Unit of the Legal & Corporate Affairs Department with a direct reporting line to the head of the Team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal assistance to support the cross‑border offering of financial products and services from Italy to EU markets, with a specific focus on Germany.
- Deliver legal support on financial services, including:
- Drafting written opinions on financial legal matters and regulatory interpretation.
- Preparing and reviewing contracts and communications for retail clients concerning financial products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, regulatory guidance, and internal compliance requirements.
- Reviewing and negotiating EU financial agreements with market counterparties and contracts related to financial derivative transactions for retail clients.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with strategic partners (e.g., NDAs, MoU, placement and distribution agreements for financial products).
- Excellent knowledge of Italian civil law and financial sector regulation in EU
- Strong understanding of financial markets, including derivatives transactions (e.g., options, CFDs, certificates).
- English proficiency at C1–C2 level (written and spoken)
- German language skills at B2 level or higher are considered a strong plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector, gained within banks or financial institutions et similia
- Strong results orientation, problem‑solving attitude, proactivity, flexibility, and excellent organizational skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships
