Experteer Overview

In this role you will support the Group Shared Services Financial Controlling function within the Group Chief Financial Office to develop strong controlling, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills in a multi-entity, international environment. You will help monitor costs, align financial impacts of shared services, and contribute to forecasting and budgeting. You will perform reconciliations and help enhance processes and reporting tools for transparency and efficiency. • Support controlling and monitoring of Cost Center and Group Shared-Services costs
• Coordinate with GHO and other Group Shared Services finance teams to align financial impacts of shared services and contribute to forecasting and budget
• Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Help improve process workflows and reporting tools for transparency and efficiency

Responsabilità

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance Controlling, preferably in Cost Controlling
• Basic knowledge of IFRS and Italian accounting / fiscal rules
• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling)
• Familiarity with an ERP
• Fluent in Italian and English
