As a trusted partner to our Sales and Marketing Business Units, Finance plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our affiliate through insight, influence, and innovation. What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the primary financial contact for the Business Units under your responsibility, offering end-to-end financial support.
  • Lead and contribute to short-, mid-, and long‑term forecasting for Sales and Opex.
  • Deliver insightful reporting—both quantitative and qualitative—to support business performance.
  • Provide value‑added financial analysis to guide strategic initiatives and decision‑making.
  • Support month‑end close activities and analytics across the affiliate.
  • Continuously enhance financial planning and reporting by embracing digital tools, automation, and AI to drive efficiency and compelling data storytelling.
  • Uphold fiduciary responsibilities:
  • Ensure robust support and controls during monthly closings.
  • Guide the business in adhering to financial policies and procedures.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or consulting within a multinational environment (international experience is a plus).
  • A university degree in Economics, Finance, or Engineering (MBA is a plus).
  • Fluency in both Italian and English.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
