Position: Private Equity Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $130/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Minimum four weeks
Commitment: 10+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate financial models and provide insights to strengthen AI model outputs .
- Review market sizing and TAM analysis for alignment with investment strategies.
- Develop comprehensive investment summaries and memos to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate on CIM creation and due diligence processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process NDA/legal documents efficiently to support deal flow.
- Source potential deals and provide strategic recommendations for investment opportunities.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- At least 2 years of experience in private equity at top firms.
- Expertise in financial modeling or market sizing/TAM analysis .
- Proficiency in creating investment summaries and memos .
- Experience with CIM creation and due diligence .
- Ability to process NDA/legal documents .
- Skills in sourcing for deals.
