About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and curious Financial Analyst Intern to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, willing to dive into real business activities, and excited about developing strong financial and analytical skills.
You will work closely with experienced professionals, contributing directly to accounting, reporting, and financial analysis activities. - Create impact through reporting: prepare clear, meaningful reports for local management, transforming numbers into actionable insights.
- Drive financial performance: conduct variance analysis and support forecasting and budgeting activities, gaining experience typical of a Junior Analyst role.
- Maintain rebate/bonus databases and generate key business metrics, payment trends, and performance indicators for Sales and field teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely calculation and payment of rebates/bonus in line with contractual agreements.
- Support the Manager in identifying and resolving discrepancies, working with Sales representatives to clarify details.
- Compile and analyze data to support National Account activities and prepare monthly or ad hoc reports for Sales and field management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (2026)
- Fluency in Italian and English (B2)
- Strong Excel skills
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm for working in a multinational environment
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

- Opportunities to make an impact from day one
- A fast growing and innovative workplace
- Potential international development opportunities
