This is a hands‑on development role. You will work directly with, and be mentored by, experienced international advisors. Responsibilities and Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
- A confident communicator – phone, video, and face‑to‑face
- Highly driven, resilient, and adaptable under pressure
- Seeking a career in financial services, not just a job
- Fast‑track development to become a qualified financial advisor
- Full support through CII qualifications and ongoing mentorship
- Relocation support including accommodation and visa guidance
- International placement and long‑term career prospects in Spain
