Reports to : Chief Executive Officer
Location : Milan (Hybrid)
Compensation: The position offers a base salary in the range of €50,000 to €55,000 per year, in addition to a target bonus of 10%.

The position:
To support our growth, we are looking for a Finance, Accounting & Controlling Specialist with
5-10+ years of experience in financial controlling and accounting, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven company.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in the implementation and optimization of
accounting/financial processes and control systems to support strategic decisions. You will work
closely with the CEO and the leadership team to monitor KPIs, manage financial planning and budgeting, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Main responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue recognition, churn and key SaaS metrics (e.g., MRR, CAC, LTV).
Oversee cost control activities and support expense optimization initiatives.
Manage invoicing, supplier payments and ensure timely processing of accounts payable/receivable.
Oversee payroll activities in collaboration with external providers and ensure accurate payment of salaries and related contributions.
Act as the primary liaison to collaborate with external accountants and consultants for tax and
compliance matters.
Improve and maintain internal processes and reporting tools, including automation of
recurring reports.
Analyze cash flow and support treasury functions to ensure liquidity and risk management.
Maintain accurate pricing data and integrate updates from distribution partners into systems
Your skills:
5-10 years of experience in accounting, controlling or financial roles in tech companies or startups.
Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting standards, including both IFRS and GAAP.
Familiarity with SaaS business models, KPIs and financial dynamics.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI) is a plus.
Experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., Fatture in Cloud, QuickBooks, Xero or similar).
Excellent analytical skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proactive, hands-on attitude and ability to work independently.
Good communication skills and ability to explain complex financial topics to non-financial stakeholders.
Fluency in Italian and English.
