Finances Business Partner - Remote Monitoring Systems

The Finance Business Partner will be part of the FP&A team supporting the Remote Monitoring Systems Operations Team by providing financial information, analysis, and insights to support informed decision‑making and business strategy. The role requires strong financial leadership, timely and accurate reporting, and sound commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between the FP&A team and Remote Monitoring Systems management.
• Coordinate and participate in the forecasting and budgeting processes with Sales, Innovation and Operations leaders.
• Review monthly results and provide commentary on the financial performance of Remote Monitoring Systems.
• Use systems and data to produce analytics and KPIs.
• Translate financial results from analytics and KPIs into actionable business insights.
• Improve understanding of costing, margin performance, and pricing.
• Prepare and present results to Remote Monitoring Systems management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related education (required).
• Minimum eight years of experience, including at least three years in a finance, planning and analysis role (required).
• Experience with manufacturing and product costing/pricing (preferred).
• Experience in an international environment and multi‑entity structure (preferred).
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience advantageous).
• Knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI is a plus).
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and French.
• Ability to conduct detailed financial analysis and present performance insights.
• Strong financial leadership capabilities.
• Flexibility to participate in various projects as required.
• Ability to provide recommendations to improve operational and financial performance.

All positions based in Quebec require proficiency in French, both written and spoken. Functional skills in English are also required to meet the needs of our offices and clients internationally.
