For our Client, a global leader in its industry, we are looking for a Finance Transformation Manager to join a highly dynamic and fast-evolving environment.

The company is currently undergoing a phase of deep transformation and development of all core business processes, with the objective of strengthening integration, performance, digitalization and sustainability across the entire value chain.

In this context, the Finance Transformation Manager will play a key role in driving transformation initiatives across Finance, Accounting and Controlling, working in close collaboration with Industrial functions and IT teams, and contributing directly to the success of the global Industrial Transformation program.


Role Context

Driven by increasing challenges and an evolving industrial context, we are seeking a curious, dynamic and business-oriented Finance Transformation Manager to lead a critical stream within the Industrial Transformation Program.

The successful candidate will join the Industrial Transformation Team, reporting to the Industrial Transformation Director. The team operates under the guidance of Industrial Strategy and is responsible for driving business and digital transformation projects across product categories.

The program focuses on transforming the industrial value chain from product development to manufacturing execution, integrating sustainable practices and leveraging technologies such as PLM, ERP, WMS, MES and Finance systems to achieve operational and financial excellence.


Functional Perimeter – Key Areas of Impact

Within this role, initiatives and projects are expected to generate tangible value in the following areas:

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting within the Operations Transformation program
  • (e.g. definition of Cost Sheet structures to support costing and margin analysis processes)
  • Transformation of Accounting and Controlling processes
  • (e.g. digitalization and optimization of Procure-to-Pay, closing and reporting processes)


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of interconnected projects within the Finance transformation stream, ensuring alignment with business requirements and strategic objectives.
  • Drive effective project management through coordination of project teams, activities and deliverables.
  • Ensure accountability for project quality, compliance with defined standards, adherence to timelines and efficient resource utilization.


Areas of Responsibilities and Related Activities

Project Delivery

  • Define, develop and maintain the roadmap for the Finance transformation stream.
  • Manage prioritization and execution of projects within the portfolio.
  • Ensure strong and continuous alignment with all key stakeholders.

Budget & Compliance

  • Manage the stream project budget within the industrial perimeter.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls and security standards.

Network of Interaction

  • Project Managers and external consultants working within the stream
  • Key business stakeholders, including Industrial CFO and Finance teams
  • Other Stream Leaders, People & Process Manager, Transformation Deputy
  • IT teams from Headquarters (D_Next)


Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Finance or related fields
  • Project Management Expertise: 5–8 years of experience in managing complex transformation projects, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments; PMP or similar certification is a plus
  • Industrial and Finance Process Knowledge: strong understanding of product development, industrial supply chain, manufacturing execution, costing, accounting and controlling processes
  • Process Optimization: proven experience in Business Process Re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Resource Management: experience managing cross-functional teams, external vendors and resources in matrix organizations
  • Digital Technology Acumen: solid understanding of Finance systems architecture and data flows between ERP, PLM, MES and other industrial applications
  • Budget Management: experience in project budget control and financial monitoring
  • Technical Proficiency: strong command of M365 and project management tools (e.g. Jira) for reporting and governance
