Finance Specialist

Randstad Italia Spa, Florence branch, is looking for a

Finance Specialist

for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.

We offer: initial 12 month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company. Possibility of smart working. CCNL Metalworking Industry, GAP 34.000 € - 36.000 €.

Workplace: Florence.

Responsibilities:

• owning a strong technical knowledge of CSA accounting;
• working in partnership with regional CSA Finance Manager and Regional Americas -Finance Leader to estimate quarterly sales and margin figures;
• active participation in closing activities leading ledger analysis and actual versus estimate tracking;
• consolidating various legal entities P&L including statutory analysis;
• contributing to projects enhancing financial data quality working with IT Finance team to resolve technical issues;
• supporting Contractual Margin Reviews and coaching of junior analysts and contractors;
• audit support.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree;
• proven experience in financial analysis;
• analytical mindset, strong oral and written communication skills;
• showing strong commitment and enthusiasm towards new financial projects;
• proactive attitude, problem solving and ability to work under pressure;
• ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
