About the Job
We are the authorized distributor of OPPO products in Italy and looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Controlling Specialist to join our Italy HQ in Milan. In this role, you will support budgeting, invoice processing, internal control, and financial reporting, working closely with suppliers and internal teams. This position offers a great opportunity to grow in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment, while contributing directly to the operational efficiency of an international tech company.
If possible, we are looking for someone with immediate availability.
Responsibilities
1. Participating in budgeting processes for Marketing, and Retail expenses through contractual analysis and invoices check. Efficiently process vendor invoices and maintain up to date system.
2. Monitoring of internal controls ensures that the financial procedure is followed correctly.
3. Maintain constant communication with suppliers and business unit and to ensure the process is completed correctly.
4. Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings. Analyzing financial data and preparing financial reports.
5. Managing financial transactions, coordinate payment approval processes of invoices.
6. Process optimization and risk management.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree above in Economics or Management.
2. 1/2 years of working experience in accounting controlling.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Details/Results orientated, team player.
5. Language: Italian,Chinese,English.
6. Proficiency in SAP and Excel is a plus.
