Overview
In this role you own the project financials for two strategic initiatives within the EE Projects & OTR Finance team. You partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to drive performance, ensure financial integrity, and support decision‑making. You will lead closing activities, manage balance sheet health, and provide clear financial insights for leadership reviews. The position offers impact across project accounting, controls, and continuous improvement, within a global energy‑technology company focused on safer, cleaner, and more efficient energy. Own financial management for assigned projects and act as finance partner to Project Managers Analyze margins, track costs, and proactively identify risks and opportunities Lead closing activities including revenue recognition, variance analysis, and reporting accuracy Maintain balance sheet integrity through reconciliations and timely resolutions Provide financial insights for operating rhythms and leadership reviews Support audits, controllership processes, and internal controls compliance Contribute to process simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement Responsibilities
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Relevant experience in Project Finance, FP&A, or Controllership Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate operational drivers into financial outcomes Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial analysis and reporting Fluent in English Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrix environment Demonstrated ownership and accountability with autonomous working style Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to mitigate project risks Effective communication with ability to influence stakeholders Solid understanding of project accounting, revenue recognition, and financial controls Experience with Oracle ERP or similar systems Continuous improvement mindset with focus on data quality Competitive Benefits
