Primary Function

The Candidate will work within the Global Consolidation Department to ensure governance of Intercompany Transactions coordinating his/hers activities with the Segment Consolidators, and External Reporting Coordination.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct calculation of the UPI (Unrealized Profit in Inventory) Elimination Journal by:
  • Coordinating the feeding of the UPI S/N Reconciliation Tool
  • Investigating unexplained mismatching
  • Harmonization of Parts and Components Intercompany Reporting
  • Analyzing and posting DOP Intercompany Reporting
  • Liaise with MMU to ensure correct mapping and reporting of intercompany transactions
• Ensure the correctness of the outstanding values in the Segment Intercompany view
• Coordinate quarterly Intercompany Matching process
• Coordinate the yearly reconciliation between accounting values and UPI Tool

Qualification and Skills required

• Knowledge of Financial Statements and Reporting
• Knowledge of Consolidation Principles
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Advanced knowledge of

  • Oracle
  • Qlik
• Ability to work in team, flexibility, attitude to analytical work
