Our team
As Finance Performance Lead, you will be part of the CHC Italy Finance Performance Team based in Milan, contributing to the financial performance of the CHC Italian affiliate. You will be a strategic partner to business leaders in a dynamic environment, working closely with local and global teams. This is a one-year contract with strong potential for a permanent position in Italy or abroad.
Main responsibilities
- Accountable for financial performance related to Gross to Net metrics, including list price, commercial policies, trade marketing across channels, and product portfolio management.
- Monitor, drive, and report on business performance from gross sales to gross margin in coordination with the Head of Financial Performance and trade teams.
- Manage inventory and cash flow reporting, driving actions to improve cash flow and ensuring accurate accounting of inventory accruals.
- Contribute to P&L reporting, ensuring data accuracy in local and corporate systems, and performing corrections proactively when needed.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive positive business outcomes for brands and categories.
- Work in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with local business teams.
About you
- Degree in finance and accounting
- Expertise in Excel and Power BI
- Basic knowledge of Python and Access
- Fluent in English
- Strong skills in managing financial systems (SAP, TM1)
- Analytical and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex information
- Collaborative, proactive, and effective communicator with stakeholders
