The Finance, Administration & HR division of Randstad Professional Leaders Search & Selection - specialized in the recruitment and selection of middle & senior management profiles - is looking for a market leader and innovative company in its sector, for a:


Finance Manager


As a Finance Manager, you will join the Finance team to contribute to the excellence of a structured company with an international scope. You will act as the financial focal point for the Italian branch, interfacing daily with the foreign Headquarters.


Location: Verona

Salary: 55.000€ - 65.000€


The Finance Manager will be responsible for supervising administrative and controlling activities, reporting functionally to the Group CFO and dealing with:


Financial Planning & Analysis and Reporting:

  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, analyzing variances against actuals and proposing corrective actions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to be sent punctually to the HQ Finance team (Reporting Package).
  • Collaborate with Headquarters on data analysis; note that data consolidation is managed centrally by HQ, not locally.
  • Support local and international management with profitability analysis and operational KPIs.


Accounting, Compliance & Processes:

  • Supervise periodic accounting closings and ensure the accuracy of administrative data.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax and civil regulations, managing relationships with tax consultants and external auditors.
  • Monitor and strengthen the Internal Control system to ensure the integrity of business processes.
  • Optimize the use of the SAP Business One ERP system, acting as a key user for the finance area and ensuring data quality.


The Finance Manager possesses the following characteristics and requirements:

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, or equivalent disciplines;
  • Consolidated experience (5+ years) in the role of Finance Manager, Controller, or FP&A Manager, preferably gained in modern multinational environments;
  • Fluent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken): a mandatory requirement as it is the daily working language with HQ and foreign subsidiaries;
  • Mandatory knowledge of SAP Business One ;
  • Excellent command of the MS Office package, particularly advanced Excel for creating complex reports;
  • Analytical approach, result-oriented mindset, and ability to meet tight deadlines typical of multinational companies;
  • Leadership skills and the ability to work both independently and in geographically distributed teams.
