Finance Manager

For a multinational group divided in different BU, for its BU Lifescience, we are looking for a

CONTROLLING MANAGER for PMI

The reality just acquired and becoming part of the group is undergoing a deep transformation to upgrade its finance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will work to upgrade the finance processes, focusing on:

• Accounting: aligning the company with the monthly fast closing reporting of the group, including both P&L, Balance Sheet and management comments.
• Controlling: build a sales, cost and profitability internal report to analyze performance as a support to take strategic decisions.
• Finance and Treasury: focus mainly on operating working capital optimization, considering that the company will enter the cash pooling of the Group.
• A key task will be defining needs in terms of financial processes, to select and follow the implementation of a new ERP.

The Finance manager will also be involved in the implementation of the group’s policies, for example Sustainability. The role will report to the MD.

Qualifications:

• Master degree in Business Administration & Economics or equivalent degree.
• Fluent in English
• Proven experience in finance management, with a track record of process improvement and ERP implementation.
• Strong understanding of financial control, reporting, and net working capital optimization.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.

Location: Milan hinterland
