We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across our Restaurants (F&B) entities in Europe, Turkey, and North Africa . Based in Milan , the role involves managing financial reporting, consolidation, tax compliance, and strategic financial analysis for multiple entities within the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between local entities and corporate headquarters, ensuring accurate and timely financial deliverables aligned with corporate and regulatory standards.


Main responsibilities

Financial Oversight & Bookkeeping

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple F&B entities in the region.
  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping and compliance with local financial regulations.
  • Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Invoicing & follow up on SHG Fees
  • Intercompany confirmation


Tax Compliance & Reporting

  • Oversee preparation and submission of tax declarations across jurisdictions.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and regional tax laws and regulations.


Consolidation & Financial Reporting

  • Consolidate financial results from various entities and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Provide timely, accurate financial reporting to: VP F&B Europe, Turkey, and North Africa - Finance Director F&B Europe, Turkey and North Africa- Corporate Finance Office in Dubai


Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Liaise with operations teams, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Partner with business units to provide financial insights for decision-making.


Controls & Process Improvement

  • Maintain robust financial controls and implement process improvements.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.


Qualifications and requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a finance role, ideally in the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Experience in managing finances across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions a plus.


Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations in relevant regions.
  • Proficient in financial consolidation, reporting, and ERP systems.


Languages:

  • Fluent in English (required).
  • Other languages as Italian and/or Spanish are a plus (preferred, but not mandatory).


Personal Attributes:

  • Highly organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally across cultures.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to regional venues.
