Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all financial operations of the local Italian entity, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with local regulations and corporate policies.

Support business decision-making by providing financial analysis, forecasts, and insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and management, to drive financial performance and efficiency.

Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders as required.

Implement and maintain robust financial controls, processes, and systems.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in product-based industries.

Proven track record in managing the finance function of a mature local entity.

Strong knowledge of Italian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance.

Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
