Our client is an international multinational company operating in the industrial sector.
Main Responsibilities
The Finance Manager will lead financial strategy, operational efficiency, and business performance within a dynamic and growing environment.
The Finance Manager will play a strategic role supporting General Management and driving financial governance for the business unit.
In detail:
- Co-manage P&L objectives together with General Management
- Ensure accounting accuracy and timely closing processes
- Lead financial analysis, performance management, pricing, and working capital
- Implement tools and systems (ERP, Power BI) to support reporting, forecasting, and decision-making
- Identify and drive operational improvements within the finance area
- Coordinate and develop finance teams and plant controllers
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines
- More than 7 years of financial leadership experience in industrial and manufacturing environments
- Experience in full P&L management
- Strong skills in financial modeling, margin analysis, and business performance
- Knowledge of ERP and Power BI
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Fluent in English
