Finance Manager

We're looking for a Finance Manager to join our team under the responsibility of the Group Finance Director.
Key responsibilities include :
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Preparing and presenting financial reports
- Ensuring compliance with Group accounting standards
- Driving financial analysis & performance optimization
- Managing cash flow, tax matters & closing process
- Overseeing relationships with banks, auditors & other financial partners
Management Role:
- Manage a team of 4 accountants and 1 industrial controller
- Be part of the local Management team
- Reports into Finance Director in France
Required Professional and Technical Skills:
- English fluent (the French is a plus)
- Minimum of 5 years experience working in the Finance Dept.
- Previous experiences as an auditor within the big audit firms (KPMG, PWC, EY, Deloitte)
- JDE systems experience advantageous
- Advanced MS Excel Skills
- A Bachelor's Degree/MBA in Accounting & Finance.
