For our production site in Liscate, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Controller to oversee all core financial activities, ensure full regulatory compliance, and support the business strategy through effective financial planning, control, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Controlling
- Manage and continuously improve standard costing processes and methodologies
- Oversee and coordinate daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with applicable regulations
- Lead the preparation of the annual budget, monitor financial performance, and propose corrective actions where necessary
- Conduct financial analyses and support management in strategic decision-making
- Produce periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual), ensuring data reliability and timeliness
- Monitor cash flow, optimize liquidity management, and oversee banking activities and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with fiscal, statutory, and financial regulations, maintaining relationships with relevant authorities
- Implement, maintain, and enhance internal control systems and governance processes
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize the company’s financial management
- Manage, train, and develop the accounting and finance team
- Ensure the preparation, accuracy, and timeliness of financial statements
Required Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or at least five years of experience in a similar role.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of civil and tax regulations, standard costing, reporting skills, and experience in managing supervisory bodies.
- Understanding of business processes and proficiency in IT tools, with a fluent command of English.
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage and optimize resources, leadership, and a results and goal oriented mindset.
