Mission of the role: The internship aims to provide comprehensive training in administrative processes and management control, offering hands‑on experience within the Finance team. The trainee will support day‑to‑day operational activities while developing key competencies in financial analysis, reporting, and internal procedures.


Main Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of monthly Sales reports and performance dashboards.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting, including P&L analysis and variance explanations.
  • Contribute to cash management activities and support accounts payable processes.
  • Support the planning cycle by preparing analyses for budget, forecasts, and specific financial items.
  • Assist in the consolidation of quarterly financial data and related reporting packages.
  • Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections.
  • Support stock management activities, including monitoring, reconciliation and related analysis.
  • Collaborate on the development and implementation of annual Finance projects.
  • Contribute to the optimization and automation of existing reporting files and tools.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to support cost optimization initiatives.
  • Provide support in backup activities to ensure business continuity within the Finance team.
  • Assist with various activities related to the financial management of the affiliate, including Internal Controls and compliance related tasks.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Excel and willingness to learn new tools.
  • Structured, reliable and organized approach to daily tasks.
  • Ability to work in a team, communicate clearly and manage simple tasks independently.
  • Motivation to learn and grow within a Finance function.
  • Italian and English required.
